Situated opposite Worlebury Golf Course in Weston-Super-Mare this equestrian site and former show ground was not eligible for a Class Q permitted development conversion.

The existing stone stable consists of 4 stables with a solid floor and a dilapidated mono pitch roof.

To turn this modest space into a functional living space the separating walls between the stables will be adapted to create a new access on the rear elevation.
