Leyland Court is a 42 unit development of market sale apartments located in Peckham. 

​

The block was developed following a hybrid planning application on an urban brownfield site. 

​

A principle amenity feature is the roof top terrace that is accessible to all occupants providing vistas to some of London's most prominent landmarks. 

The raised planters also hide various vent outlets for the mechanical plant. 

The block is connected to Blossom Court via an energy centre.
