The existing house has been extended and adapted several times in the past and is affectionately known as the 'White House' to the locals of Laverton.

The two storey extension provides and new kitchen and games room on the ground floor and connects the house to the garage via a new link.
On the first floor new ensuite bedrooms are provided along with a family room featuring a south facing balcony.
