Project: Student Living Refurbishment

Client: Habibo Homes 

Situated in the popular BS5 area of Bristol Funlab were appointed by Habibo Homes, who specialise in HMO's and high end student living, to refurbish an end terrace that had already been split in to flats. 

The existing layout was not practical with unbalanced spaces and compromised bedrooms.

 

Our role was to improve the layout to provide quality living spaces along with a loft conversion via the permitted development route. 

 

The project was delivered by Bristol contractor Missiato.
