Located close to the City of London in Whitechapel, Patriot House is an innovative development of 6 two and three bedroom duplex apartments.

Each dwelling benefits from adequate private amenity space. 

While at Ingleton Wood, Funlab director, Luke Hayes worked closely with THCH to redevelop a number of derelict sites and garage courts. 

Working in conjunction the the main contractor at through the RIBA stages as a Design & Build consultant the project sought to push planning policy and provide value through all stages of the project. 

Constructed to a high specification the building benefits from an improved building fabric, high efficiency boilers and MVHR.
